Coghurst Hall is set on the outskirts of the historic coastal town of Hastings hidden in a rural area down a countrylane. The stunning fishing lake is just one of the many attractions along with woodland walks, entertainment and a swimming pool with cool caves. The lake is full with a range of fish and includes some big carp, so be sure to pack your fishing gear! The seaside town of Hastings is only a 10 minute drive where you will find a huge amount to do including shopping and crazy golf.

This 3 bed caravan located on the picturesque holiday park in Coghurst has a double master bedroom and 2 twin rooms, sleeping 8 in total with sofa bed in lounge. Lounge with TV and plenty of seating, kitchen & dining table. The caravan has a family bathroom with shower, toilet and sink plus an additional WC. Outside their is a patio area and open lawn to the side and rear of the caravan.

KITCHEN – Spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen perfect for sociable cooking. Loaded with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you so choose.

BEDROOMS – Master double room, with 2 twin rooms. Sofa bed in the living room.

BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with shower, basin & WC. Seperate WC.

PARKING - Communal parking nearby

This caravan does not have its own independant Wi-Fi.

All bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds plus a cleaning pack.

PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

Please Note: Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on this property due to regulations and potential liability. If you have an electric vehicle you need to charge please locate the closest public charging station before your arrival.

Please also refrain from charging e-bikes and electric scooters at this property.

A Car is needed due to the park being situated down a country lane.

Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Park Holidays Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
The passes can be purchased via Park upon arrival.

The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
