Coghurst Hall is set on the outskirts of the historic coastal town of Hastings hidden in a rural area down a countrylane. The lake is full with a range of fish and includes some big carp, so be sure to pack your fishing gear! The seaside town of Hastings is only a 10 minute drive where you will find a huge amount to do including shopping and crazy golf.

This idyllic escape boasts a luxurious double master bedroom and two cosy twin rooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with an additional sofa bed in the spacious lounge. PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

Important Information
*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Park Holidays Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
The passes can be purchased via Park upon arrival.

Please note that as Coghurst is a rural site, charcoal and disposable BBQs are not permitted. Gas fired BBQs are allowed. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
