Welcome to Maple Park 619, a comfortable and spacious 3-bedroom holiday caravan at Parkdean Resorts in Camber, perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, the caravan offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day enjoying the beach, exploring the local area or making the most of the facilities at the resort.

The accommodation

The caravan has three bedrooms, comprising:

One master double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and WC
Two twin bedrooms
A double sofa bed in the living area

There is also a separate shower room with WC, giving guests two bathrooms in total.

The bright and comfortable living area provides a welcoming space to relax together, with Freeview TV and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and a full-height 50:50 fridge/freezer.

The caravan has central heating and double glazing, making it comfortable throughout the season.

Outside space

One of the highlights of Maple Park 619 is the full side decking area, providing a lovely additional space to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

Outdoor chairs and a side table are provided for guests to make the most of the decking.

Location

Set within Parkdean Resorts, Camber, the caravan is ideally placed for enjoying the beautiful East Sussex coast. Camber's famous sandy beach is close by, while the historic town of Rye is only a short drive away, offering independent shops, restaurants, cafés and plenty of character.

Whether you are looking for a family beach break, a relaxing coastal escape or a base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and historic towns, Maple Park 619 provides a comfortable home-from-home.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive use of the caravan and its private decking area during their stay. Communal parking is available within the resort.

Pets

One pet is welcome, so you do not have to leave your four-legged family member behind. There is a surcharge of £25 for a pet.

This caravan does not have its own Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is available on site from Wifinity starting at £3.99. Please go to Parkdean reception for further details

Please Note: Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on this property due to regulations and potential liability. If you have an electric vehicle you need to charge please locate the closest public charging station before your arrival.

The accommodation is accessed via a regular side entrance door.

All bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds plus a cleaning pack.

PLEASE NOTE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY AND WOULD NEED TO BE PURCHASED EITHER IN ADVANCE OR UPON ARRIVAL. YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

Important Information
*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.

*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking.

*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).

*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 72 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
