Description
With all the modern amenities, our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind, whilst being only a few minutes walk to 7 miles of sand and sea. If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family.
All bookings include linen and towels dressed onto the beds plus a cleaning pack.
Gorgeous 20ft wide, super luxurious 3 bedroom lodge. This property oozes elegance and style, bringing any family lucky enough to stay a unique 1st class experience. The exterior is wrapped with a huge gated decking, giving even more space to families to enjoy dining or relaxing outside. The living room and dining room is open plan and also includes a good size fully equipped kitchen boasting dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer plus all cooking essentials you would need. With doors opening out from the living room to the decking, it helps give lots of light and fresh air when desired. The master double bedroom features a large wardrobe with en-suite full shower bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, with the third bed including 2 full size single beds. With the lodge sleeping up to 8, which is achieved by using a pull out sofa bed in the sitting room. All bedrooms have a TV in each room, plus the tv in master bedroom has a dvd player. The lodge also features a 2nd family bathroom with shower over bath. Parking is located to the front of the lodge, and although it isn't private parking, there is plenty of spaces for up to 2 cars. Up to 2 dogs of any size are welcome to stay with you at the lodge (see house rules).
LOUNGE – Large open plan living room with comfy free standing furniture. Decorated beautifully giving a real home from home feel.
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of storage space. Dishwasher & washing machine to make things that bit easier while on holiday.
BEDROOMS – Main en-suite double room, 2nd double room and a twin room. Sleeping a total of 6. Option of additional sofa bed.
BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with shower over bath . Main bedroom is also en-suite with shower.
PARKING - Communal parking outside of the lodge on a first come first serve basis
Please note that Parkdean Resorts Camber Sands will not allow commercial vehicles, sign written vehicles or trailers on the site.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.
The park is full of facilities for all ages including swimming pools, crazy golf, splash zone, high ropes, go karts and much more. Alongside the facilities the entertainment offers a huge selection of shows including musicians, comedy, magicians and not forgetting the parks own hugely talented team who produce their own stage shows. The Starland Krew offer fun for younger children with discos and interactive fun. PLEASE NOTE - Facilities are not open all year round.
Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable.
Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food.
Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.
The local bus stops are directly outside the front of the Park, and one way will take you along the coast to Rye, Hastings and Eastbourne. The other way will take you into Kent to Lydd and New Romney (home of the steam railway).
The nearest train station is Rye, with direct connections to Ashford International and Hastings.
The local taxi services are based in Rye.
Important Information
*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren't able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*Linens and towels will be provided for all guests listed on the booking - so please ensure the guest details are correct on your booking.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
Please Note: Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on this property due to regulations and potential liability. If you have an electric vehicle you need to charge please locate the closest public charging station before your arrival.
Please also refrain from charging e-bikes and electric scooters at this property.
