There is plenty to explore in the local area so be sure to bring walking shoes, bikes and of course the beach gear.

The lodge is spacious & modern with a great open plan layout which is perfect for families and friends to enjoy when cooking and socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you need to cook up a meal. The property has a dining table seating 4 in the kitchen area.
When it comes to relaxing the sitting room is the perfect space including free standing sofas and double doors opening out onto the decking.
The master double bedroom is a great size and loaded with plenty of cupboards and drawer space. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds with a small wardrobe.
There is a family bathroom which includes full bath with over shower, toilet and basin.
The outside of the lodge has a good sized wrapped decking with furniture to enjoy alfresco dining. You will have access to 1 private parking space beside the property.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

New Romney / Dymchurch are both quaint seaside villages with shops, pubs and plenty to offer.

Important Information
*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
The passes can be purchased via the holiday park directly upon arrival.

*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ's, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).

Please Note: Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on this property due to regulations and potential liability. If you have an electric vehicle you need to charge please locate the closest public charging station before your arrival.

Please also refrain from charging e-bikes and electric scooters at this property.
